Located 40 miles South West of Spokane in

Whitman County, the Upland Bird capital

of Washington, and with views of the famed

Rock Lake.

Legend has that this area was formed by the Missoula flood dating back to the Ice Age. The flood carved some magnificiant valley's and left a spectacluar view of the exposed rock
out - croppings that surrond the bottomless Rock Lake.

From artifacts that have been found on the property, these hills have been a favored vantage point for Indians scouting for game and watching for enemies. Certainly the panorama is awesome. Rock Lake can be seen from many differnt spots, Mt Spokane is in easy view from our rise, Step Toe Butte to the East, and the distant Blue Mtn's to the south. These storied land marks are the
back drops for Rock Lake
Rod & Gun Club (RLRGC).

With almost 10,000 acres of leased ground, and our 300 acre preserve, staffed with nothing but your satisfaction in mind, RLRGC has the ability to host a variety of sponsored hunts without infringing on other hunter's. Let us tailor a hunt package for you.

Shadow Mountain labs, a pointing labrador kennel originally from Colorado, with over 80 upland hunting titles, and 40 Hunt test and pointing labrador titles will be the guide dogs for our clients.

Rock lake Rod and Gun Club will round things off with a spectacular Sporting Clays Course

We look forward

to seeing you at RLRGC
